River Mountain Ranches adds fire protection April 2008 marks a turning point in the fire protection for River Mountain Ranches. The POA has installed a 20,000 gallon storage tank to be used by the Wimberley Fire Department in case of an fire related emergency.
The River Mountain Ranch POA is looking to install additional tanks within their neighborhood.
Local home owners should notice a drop in their home owners insurance rates for those homes near the tank.
