UCAR-MetEd (Meteorology Education) - This site provides a variety of free online independent study education classes that deal with a variety of weather related topics, ranging from how fog forms to how “weather” in space affects the Earth.  The information is presented in several formats, from slide shows to videos recorded from seminars. The classes range from fairly easy to understand to highly technical.
